The Children’s Museum of Cleveland seeks candidates for the full and part time positions of Visitor Services Associate. This position represents the Museum to our visitors and is responsible for staffing the front desk, answering phones and transferring calls, and conducting sales of admissions, memberships, and gift shop merchandise. Opportunities may be available to conduct public programming and school group tours. The ideal candidate must be outgoing and enthusiastic, and enjoy working with children and families. Customer service must be a priority.
